Ingredients
  • Dreamfields Pasta (or ingredients for GF substitute)
  • cubed cheese (like Colby Jack)
  • cooked chicken (I grabbed a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store - but make sure there are no added sugars or gluten)
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 jar green olives
  • 1 bottle Newman's Own Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing (or make your own)
  • Anything else you feel like adding that's low carb...tomatoes, other veggies, etc.
