  • 1 cup cashews (soaked in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes, then drained)
  • ½ cup water (NOT the soaking water)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves minced
