Ingredients
  • 3 to 4c Fruit (banana, apple, strawberry, kiwi, etc)
  • 2Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1Tbsp Maple syrup or agave syrup
Steps
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend till smooth
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined w/a silicone pad
  3. Dry at low temp in the oven 175 degrees (or use a dehydrator)
  4. Cut in strips and roll. Store in sealed jars
