Banana-Peanut Granola Bars
Ingredients
  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup crispy brown rice cereal
  • 1 cup finely chopped dried banana (¼ inch)
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts, toasted and chopped
  • ½ cup unsalted peanuts, toasted and chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup brown rice syrup or light corn syrup
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
