Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (13.75 oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
  • 1 cup light sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz. low-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz. (about 1 cup) shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
  • ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup finely-chopped onions
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. salt
