Smokey Egg & Bacon Dip

Ingredients
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 10 Slice speck or bacon
- seasoning to taste
- 4 eggs
- ½ Litre water
- 2 spring onions
- Handful herbs of choice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g creme fraiche

- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- 2
- Place speck or bacon onto a lined baking tray and dust liberally with the paprika. Bake 30 minutes until very crisp. Cool.

- Place eggs into simmering basket and insert into TM bowl. Pour water over.

- Steam eggs 15 min/100°C/speed 4. Remove from basket, drain bowl, cool and peel eggs.

- Place spring onions, herbs and garlic into TM bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5.

- Add peeled eggs, some of the bacon, in pieces and blend 10 sec/speed 8. (Reserve some for garnish.)
- 7
- Scrape down sides of bowl. Add creme fraiche and blend 10 sec/speed 10

- Garnish with remaining pieces of bacon and serve.
