Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup buttermilk (I used low-fat, but any variety will work)
  • ⅓ cup sour cream (I used light, but any variety will work)
  • ½ teaspoon grated orange zest
  • ⅔ cup raisins or dried currants, tossed with 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seeds, optional
