Air Fryer Hash Browns with Greens
Ingredients
  • about two pounds of pre-cooked or leftover potatoes
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika (I like hot paprika)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach (or other small or shredded greens)
Steps
  1. Chop tear or shred greens to get them down to bite sized.
  2. Air Fryer Method: make patties out of the mixture and place in your air fryer in a single layer, but not touching. Air fry around 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes - your airfryer and how crispy you want it will be your "time" guide.
Notes
  • In the oven on a silicone mat might change your time a bit, should be similar except you might want to flip midway through baking.
