Reddit Potato Salad

3 pounds potatoes, cubed and boiled

7 eggs, hard boiled and diced

Diced onion (I use a quarter white onion for mine but adjust to your taste)

Dill pickle relish, let's say 4 Tbsp

1 small jar pimentos

¾ c mayo (none of that light crap. Go for full octane mayo, preferably homemade)

½ lb sour cream

⅓ spicy brown mustard

Cracked pepper to taste

Ranch seasoning (I use a packet when lazy but otherwise, go online and find the spice mix recipe for ranch that you like most and use that!)

Mix it all together and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Honorable mention if you add sliced almonds or shredded cheddar cheese.
