½ cup chicken broth

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp smoked paprika

1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 ½ Tbsp cornstarch

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Tortilla chips
