Potato and Sausage Wrap (Vegan)

Sausage Potato Wrap

1 field roast apple sausage chopped

2 small potatoes chopped

1 diced roma or vine tomato

¼ of an onion chopped

1 Serrano Chile chopped

1 tsp of season all

½ tsp of garlic powder

½ tsp of onion powder

1 tsp of salt

½ tsp of pepper

½ tsp of chili powder

1 tablespoon of oil

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in fry pan, wait till hot...add all the ingredients...mix...cover with lid to steam...mix...let steam more till potatoes are cooked...once potatoes are thoroughly cooked, place on heated flour tortilla and serve
