Healthy and Filling Peanut Buttercup Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of frozen banana chunks approx. 2 bananas
  • 2tbs peanut butter, smooth or chunky is fine
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 stoned Medjool date
  • ½ tbs raw cacao powder
  • ½tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cup plant milk, vanilla almond milk works well as does oat. But any plain plant-based milk will work
