  • 1 ¼ cup cornmeal
  • ½ cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¾ cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
