Pork Tenderloin with Memories of Kobe sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13” baking dish.
  2. Place tenderloins in baking dish, brush with oil and pour sauce around meat and lightly brush some on top
  3. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes until a meat thermometer reads at least 140°
  4. Cover and cook about 5 to 10 minutes until approx 165° or no longer pink inside
  5. Remove from the oven and cover to rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Slice pork tenderloin and serve with sauce.
  7. Serve over rice
Notes
  • Substitutions:
  • Slow cooker: you can make this recipe in the slow cooker! Simply add the tenderloins and sauce and cook on low for 3 hours or until done.
