Whole IP Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
  • 6 lb Chicken
  • 1 c. Garlic Cloves
  • Olive Oil
  • ½ c. White Wine
  • ¼ c. Lemon Juice
  • ¾ c. Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Rosemary
Steps
  1. Turn on Saute. Out in oil and garlic. Saute until brown. Remove. Season chicken and brown a few mins on each side. Remove. Deglazed with wine. Add garlic and liqids. Put in steamer tray. Put in chicken. Cook poultry/high pressure 25 min defrosted or 35 min frozen. Let naturally release 15 min. Let rest 5 min.
