  • 800g sebago potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 240g can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • ⅔ cup Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
