Veggie "Pulled Pork" Nachos

  • ⅓ cup purple onion, diced
  • ½ cup baby tomatoes, halved
  • ⅔ cup cooked black beans
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • Pinch of salt
  • For garnish: Chopped cilantro, green onion
