  1. Sear and set aside:- ½ Tbsp oil- ½ lb beef chuck, seasoned and cubed- 1 lb 93% fat free ground turkey, seasoned
  2. subheading: Cook until fragrant:
  3. - ½ Tbsp oil- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped  - ½ onion, diced- 2 cloves garlic- ⅛ tsp MSG- freshly ground pepper- 1 tsp salt- ⅛ tsp cinnamon- 1 tsp cumin- 1 tsp oregano
  4. Blend:- 1 chipotle canned in adobo sauce- 1 Tbsp adobo sauce- 3 dried New Mexico chiles, seeded chopped and microwaved til toasty- 4 cups chicken broth
  5. Combine all and add:- 1 can pinto beans
  6. Simmer for 3 hours, then finish off with:- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar- 1.5 Tbsp corn meal- Salt to taste (maybe ¼ tsp more)
