  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 lb. ground beef, 85% or 90% lean
  • ½ lb. ground Italian sausage, sweet or mild
  • ½ lb. ground pork
