  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced or finely grated
  • Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lemon, plus lemon wedges for serving
  • 1 tablespoon spiced honey
  • ⅔ cup low-sodium chicken broth, plus more as needed
