Ingredients
  • 1 medium pizza dough, homemade or store bought
  • ¼ cup ( 4 tablespoons) olive oil, divided
  • 500g large uncooked prawns, peeled and deveined
  • pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup dry white or red wine
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved & drained in a colander
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • grated Parmesan cheese
