Strawberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons grade A maple syrup plus more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Juice of ½ small lemon about 1 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 cups quick-cooking or rolled oats*
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • ¾ cup diced strawberries
  • Topping suggestions: nut butter hemp hearts, almonds, etc.
