This Is What They Call "Island-Style" and the Taste Is Fantastic!
Ingredients
  • 1 can of SPAM, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 3 cups of cooked white rice, preferably a day old
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (any color will add a nice pop!)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • ½ cup of pineapple chunks, drained
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
