Ingredients
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (14 oz.) can PINEAPPLE TIDBITS, drained or fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup pineapple juice (if using canned pineapple you can use the reserved juice from the pineapple tidbits)
  • 1 meduim red pepper, deseeded, diced
  • ⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp HOISIN SAUCE
  • ¼ cup water
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar substitute ( I use LAKANTO GOLDEN MONKFRUIT SWEETENER)
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
