Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 10 or 12 oz bagged Cole slaw mix
  • 1 T Fish sauce
  • 3 T Coconut aminos
  • 1 T White wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • Fresh lime
  • Chopped green onion
Steps
  1. Saute chopped garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add ground meat and cook until brown.
  3. Add other ingredients and saute about 5 minutes.
  4. Top with green onion and a splash of lime upon serving.
