Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 cups ice (I like to use 2 cups for a very thick smoothie)
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk or Silk Chocolate Cashew Milk
  • 1 scoop (about ¼ cup) plant-based chocolate protein powder or 1 (5.3 ounce) Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder*
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Garnish: dairy-free chocolate chips
