Ingredients

  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp coconut extract
  • 1 can cream of coconut (15 oz)
  • subheading: COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING:
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, room temperature (8 oz)
  • ½ c granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp coconut extract
  • 2 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ c sweetened coconut, shredded (I use Baker's Coconut)
