After reviewing multiple seasoning blends, I added sumac and mint to the original Lebanese Spice Blend. Just what I was looking for to complete our meat choices for Pita Hot meal. This is perfect for ground beef or ground lamb.
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon allspice
  • ½ teaspoon sumac
  • 1 teaspoon Mint Medley tea
