Cheesy Sausage Puffs (Keto & Low Carb)
You can't sub coconut for almond (or any other flour 1-1 bc the coconut is more dense/ absorbs more liquid. You should increase the almond by doubling the amount from coconut (or so)
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean Sausage, browned and drained (I like the hot variety)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 4.5 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour (heaping)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional, but I love garlic!)
