  • 1 to 2 teaspoon butter or coconut oil
  • 2 T pure maple syrup
  • 3 T chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 ½ c rolled oats regular or gluten free
  • 1 ½ to 2 c unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 3 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoon flax meal optional
  • Sea salt
