Fried Chicken in the AF
Ingredients
  • I marinated the thighs in egg and buttermilk for an hour and a half and in a ziplock bag I put in 2 cups of flour, 1 tbsp of baking powder, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of smoked paprika and salt/pepper. Took the chicken out of the buttermilk and put them in the bag coating them well with the seasoning and added them 3 at a time to the airfryer. That's really it. (Besides spraying with vegetable spray.)
Steps
  1. (390F for 20 minutes skin side up and then I flipped them over and let them go another 10) Also, just to let you know I sprayed the basket with vegetable spray and sprayed the tops of each piece of chicken to keep the breading from flying.
Notes
  • Also did - Russet potato chips (390F for about 22 minutes)
