  • 1 1/2 pounds  potatoes  (peeled and cut into 2 inch chunks)
  • 1 12oz can  evaporated milk
  • 3 cups  beef broth  (or chicken broth)
  • 1 cup  cream
  • 1/2 cup  sour cream
  • 2 cups  shredded cheddar cheese
