Ingredients
  • Egg Fast pasta noodles (see recipe) Make these ahead of time and cut them into 1.5/2 inch lengths
  • 1 lb. leftover pulled pork
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup pork jelly (jellied liquid after making pork roast), or stock/broth
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
  • 1 cup extra old cheddar, grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella, grated
  • Reserve about ¼ cup of your grated cheeses for the top
  • 1 green onions, sliced and green separated from the white (omit if carnivore)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
