Naan type bread
A soft pliable flatbread.

Ingredients
  • ¼c sugar
  • ¼c butter melted
  • 1c hot water
  • 2tsp yeast
  • 2 to 4 cups flour
  • 1tsp salt
Steps
  1. In a large bowl mix with a spatula the 1st four above and then add 1c flour and stir in 1tsp salt. Add more flour ½ cup at a time until kneadable. Knead until pliable. (3 to 4 minute es) Divide dough into 8 balls and let rest under bowl for 15 min. Roll out ball to size of cast iron pan. Lightly butter one side and put in very hot pan. Butter the side facing up. Flip when done. Work on next ball while other's cooking. Butter, cook, butter cook.
