Quick Ginger-Chili Shrimp
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsps extra-virgin olive oil, avocado oil, or ghee
  • 1 large shallot, finely diced
  • 4-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped (about ¼ cup)
  • 4 large fresh garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili flakes, or more to taste
  • 2 Tbsps raw honey
  • 2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley or cilantro leaves
  • fresh lemon wedges to serve
