¼ cup sunflower seeds ( soaked for 1+hours)

1 cup cannellini beans

⅓ to ½ cup water

1 tsp garlic granules

1 tsp onion powder

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 date

¼ cup fresh dill, or 1 tsp dried dill
