Ingredients
  • 2 packs of chicken livers [about 450 ish g a pack] sometimes I do lambs liver for a change
  • ½ pack Tesco's cooking bacon.
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt & pepper
  • A splash of water
  • My adaptions a thinly sliced head of celery [do in food processor]
  • 250g block of beef dripping up fat content
  • Both bring protein serving per portion down
