Ingredients
  • ½ pkg. Protein Crumbles (amount equivalent to ½ lb. ground beef)
  • ½ c onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • ½ (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chiles* with liquid (if you don’t like heat, regular diced tomatoes can be used)
  • ¼ c ketchup
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • ½ head of cabbage chopped (about 4 cups)
