Shredded chicken  enchilada  pie

Ingredients
  • 1. Chichen
  • 2. 2 cuos Chichen  broth
  • 3. Garlic powder and onion powder
  • 4. Jalapeno powder or jalapeno peppers from jar
  • 5. Chili powder
  • 6. Sliced Onions
  •  
  • - Cheese of your choice,  i use mild cheddar and pepper jack
  • -  green Enchilada sauce
  • - onions and jalapeno peppers if want more heat
  • - More garlic powder onion powder to taste
  • - tortillas
Steps
  1. 1. Wash chicken and place in insta pot or glass pan,
  2. 2. Mix chicken broth with garlic powder, onion powder,chili powder and jalapenos or hot spices if want heat, add to pot
  3. 3. Slice ½ of onion add to pot
  4. 4. Cook on chicken for 25 mins
  5. - shred chicken in bowl
  6. - add cheese,  green enchilada sauce, add sauce for broth alittle, more garlic powder and onion powder if needed, add more jalapenos if want more heat,
  7. - layer everything together in a glass pan
  8. - green enchilada sauce than tortilla and chicken mix , or add cheese, continue until you run out. Enchilada sauce and cheese on top
  9. - cook on 350 until heated though about 25 to 35 mins
Notes
  • I use the insta pot but you can put in oven for 45 mins
  • - hatch green chilis would be good to use to
