Cream Cheese Roll Ups

Ingredients
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • ½ c sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm thin sliced bread
  • 1 stick butter
  • Cinnamon and sugar
  •  
Steps
  1. Cut crust off of bread.  Warm bread in microwave 11 sec.  Roll out flat with a rolling pin.
  2. Cream cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla.
  3. Spread on bread, roll up and dip in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar and place side by side in a baking dish.  Bake at 400* for 10 minutes
Notes
  • Great for potlucks.
