Cream Cheese Roll Ups

16 oz cream cheese

½ c sugar

2 egg yolks

1 t vanilla

1 loaf Pepperidge Farm thin sliced bread

1 stick butter

Cinnamon and sugar

Cut crust off of bread. Warm bread in microwave 11 sec. Roll out flat with a rolling pin.

Cream cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla.

Spread on bread, roll up and dip in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar and place side by side in a baking dish. Bake at 400* for 10 minutes

Great for potlucks.
