  • 2 Cups ( 225g) Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 ½ Scoops (45g) Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
  • note: NOTE: You can substitute this with 75g of extra almond flour
  • 1 Heaping Tbsp ( 14g) Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp ( 10g) Xanthan Gum
  • 3 ¼ Cups ( 370g) Full Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 oz ( 56g) Full Fat Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg (beaten well)
  • 2 Tbsps (30g) Full Fat Sour Cream
  • note: NOTE: You can substitute the sour cream with full-fat yogurt
  • note: Only use 10g Sour Cream/yogurt IF USING ONLY ALMOND FLOUR
