Shrimp Rasta Pasta
Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 +½ tbsp Walkerwood Mild Jamaican Jerk seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
  • 3 sprigs green onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup chicken broth low or no sodium
  • 6 ounces parmesan cheese shredded
  • 16 ounces penne pasta noodles
  • ½ tsp adobo all purpose seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tbsp Walkerwood Mild Jamaican Jerk seasoning
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp paprika
