Schnapps Soaked Cherry Bombs
How To Make Schnapps Soaked Cherry Bombs
Rinse the maraschino cherries, and place them in a container with ½ cup peppermint schnapps. Cover and let soak overnight, or at least 4 hours. Shake the container several times.
Drain the schnapps from the cherries, and gently pat them dry.
Melt the white chocolate until creamy, and add in a bit of coconut oil if needed.
Dip each cherry into the white chocolate twice, and then drag the bottom through the crushed peppermint candy.
Set on wax paper, and let the chocolate firm.

Tips For Making Schnapps Soaked Cherry Bombs
Make sure you leave the stems on the cherries – that’s how you’ll pick them up to eat them.
Rinse and drain the cherries before adding them to a bowl along with the Peppermint Schnapps. Make sure the alcohol covers them completely.
The longer you let the cherries soak, the more the flavor will infuse into the cherries.
Make sure to drain all the Schnapps from the cherries and pat comp
