Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbs plus 2 tsp of clarified or vegan butter
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup of rice flour (or regular flour)
  • ½ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1 tbs lemon zest
  • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • fresh parsley if you have some! (we didn't)
