Vegan Cheese Ball with Rosemary and Cranberries
Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw cashews (soaked overnight or soaked in hot water for a couple hours)
  • ⅓ to ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 to 3 tsp minced)
  • ½ tsp salt optional
  • ¼ cup fresh rosemary, finely minced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup raw walnuts or pistachios, finely chopped Use any nut or seed of your choice
