Rum Custard Tart with Almond Pralines

  • 2 tablespoon cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoon dark or light rum
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Lightly sweetened whipped cream, flavored with a teaspoon of vanilla and spiked with a tablespoon or two of rum
