300 g Caster Sugar

3 - Fresh Egg

150 ml Milk

350 g Self-Raising Flour

200 g SuperValu Butter

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Caramelised Apples

3 tbsp Light Muscovado Sugar

25 g SuperValu Butter melted

350 g SuperValu Pink Lady Apples quartered and pitted
