Smoked Sausage, Potato and Corn Skillet
A hearty, quick meal that's perfect for cold weather.

Servings: 2 to 4

Servings: 2-4
Ingredients
  • 1 package of your favorite smoked sausage, sliced into medallions
  • 2 cans of sliced potatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 Tbsp butter/margarine
Steps
  1. Put sausage in a skillet on medium-high.
  2. When sausage is beginning to get browned,
  3. Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender, hot and as you like them.
  4. Add the corn, and a tablespoon of butter.
  5. Continue cooking until corn is hot and beginning to brown up.
  6. Serve while hot.
Notes
  • Suggestions:
  • ** I also like to add shredded cheese to the top of the serving before eating it.
  • ** You can also add in canned sliced carrots, sliced/diced onion if desired.
