Paleo-friendly salmon burgers
Servings: 6
Ingredients
  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 Tbl chia seeds or 2 Tbl ground flax seeds
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Cooking oil
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Form into 6 burger shapes - press together firmly.
  3. Fry in a hot skillet with oil for about 4 minutes per side.
Notes
  • Traditional version and adds 7 crushed saltines.
