Ingredients
- Tomatoes (I used 10 Romas, 1 beefsteak, and 7 red tomatoes, but you really want to fill your blender, and then add about another 25%)
- 4 to 6 cloves fresh garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 green onion, roughly chopped
- Fresh basil, about 3 Tbsp, roughly chopped
- ⅛ c. tomato paste
- 2 tsp. Dried parsley
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 3 to 4 grinds black pepper
- salt to taste
